Vacation Rental Description
The house is a so called "casa colonica marchigiana" located up country, 250 m above sea level in peaceful and splendid surrounding. at one side you can see the valley of the river metauro and on the other one the adriatic sea. the house and its property has three hectars of cultivated land with olive and nut trees. not far from it there is the place of the truffles and a water mill no longer in use. the old house was completely restructured in the middle of the nineties with brick walls and inside with wood-work and pavement in wood and bricks. in front of the house are there the parking place and a green retreat with old olive trees and mosto of all to the "arte povera marchigiana" of the end of the xix sec. the zone is unique for silence, nature and pollutionless. the house itself has two floors. the ground floor contains a big living room (35 sq.m.) with brick pavement, fire place, and a double sleeping sofa. outside you find a barbecue fire place, a shower and covered stairs which lead to the first floor. here there is a kitchen and dining room with wooden pavement and stairs which lead to two double bedrooms, one with an additional childbed, and a bathroom with shower.
New works in the house:
1)Terrace with sight
In the kitchen a cute balcony, where you can enjoy the full sight visible from the house. The most appropriate spot where having breakfast and your italian coffee after lunch.
2)Jacuzzi
This year has been installed a full optional Jacuzzi in the garden, where at the same time you can relax, have health treatments and delight your eyes with the sight of the round hills and of the sea, visible in the distance when the sky is clear. Adding a tasting of good italian wine (possibly with bubbles!), it will be a suggestive place where you would like to spend all your evenings. The Jacuzzi is for max 6 persons and has got hydromassage, chromotherapy and aromatherapy. Next to it a small square with garden furnitures, where you can have lunch/dinner/snack, and another higher one where you can tan yourselves. The pool can be covered at night and supervised from all the rest of the house in case you'll come with young kids.
3) Risorgimental painting
In the kitchen you can now admire the new painting of the house. It represents partially three famous paintings: "Il quarto stato" by Giuseppe Pellizza da Volpedo, "Breccia di Porta Pia" by Michele Cammarano, "La Liberté guidant le people" by Eugène Delacroix, all celebrating values like independence and insurrection for the unification of the Country, ideals of the Risorgimento period according to the time when the house was built. It continues the series of paintings present in the living room about Giuseppe Garibaldi's life (the man who unified Italy and named as "Hero of the Two Worlds").
