Vacation Rental Description
Casa delle Sorgenti is a large, recently restored marchigiano farmhouse nestling at the head of a small lush valley leading down to the Adriatic and set amongst olive groves and vineyards. Close to the picturesque hilltop village of Montefiore dell'Aso from where there are spectacular views towards the Sibillini mountains and the patchwork landscape of internal Le Marche.
Large garden with 13' x 5' private pool for use by guests. Table tennis and croquet. Breakfast is served under the pergola or in the garden. BBQ available and secure on site parking.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 7 minutes drive down the valley road. Cupra Marittima/Grottamare/Pedaso are about 10/15minutes away and the bigger resort of San Benedetto is 20 minutes from the house.
Golf
A 9 hole golf course is available in the next village. The championship 18 hole course at Conero, 73kms to the north (50mins) offers a pool, restaurant and bars for the family.
Skiing
Skiing in the Sibillini mountains is 50 minutes from the house and more extensive slopes are found south in Abruzzo - 2 hours drive away.
Special interest holidays
Guided cycling trips can be arranged around the area according to personal requirements.
Travel
Ancona and Pescara airports are an hour away using the A14 motorway which is only 15 minutes from the house. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Montefiore dell'Aso is 5 minutes up the hill. Other hilltop towns such as Ripatransone, Monterubbiano, Moresco, Campofilone are 10 minutes away. The beautiful medieval centre of Ascoli Piceno and the historical town of Macerata are about 50 minutes drive as are the stunning Sibillini mountains. Buses to Rome are frequent and the panoramic trip takes 3 hours. Assisi and Perugia are also not far away - 2.5 hrs by car.
Further details
Shops, supermarkets and banks are close by in Montefiore and Pedaso but more comprehensive shopping and restaurants are about 10 minutes away. Tennis courts are available along the coast, go-carting is nearby in Campofilone.

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required in advance and balance paid at end of stay. Credit cards are not accepted.
