Ca’Priola is a restored farmhouse which we have completely restored 3 years ago to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hall and kitchen, living room -with TV, DVD player, hi-fi unit and a double sofa-bed. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, double sink. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and bidet.
At the first floor is the bedroom with a king-sized bed.
A little bed for children or a cradle can be added on request. (even both)
The bedroom opens on a large terrace, with a panoramic view on the countryside.

The property is about 20 minutes drive from Fano, 30 mn from Urbino and is surrounded by farmed fields , olive trees, and sometimes sun flowers during summer. You can arrive at Ca’Priola via a 'white’ road or ‘strada bianca', If you prefer a more comfortable road, you can arrive from the village of Serrungarina, with some bends, but very nice view…
The neighbouring countryside offers delightful medieval hill-top villages.
The owner, Frederique and her family lives on one side of the house.
