Casa Molleone is situated in the Le Marche area (central Italy) in a wonderful, sun-blessed range of hills, inland from the Adriatic coast. The panoramic outlook from this unique and solitary location is of uninterrupted, uninhabited countryside, in which your gaze can wander far and wide, following gentle ridges along to the peaks of the Apennine Mountains. This is a view which never loses its fascination, which silences you, particularly when the light of the setting sun immerses the landscape in intriguing colours.
Casa Molleone has two holiday apartments: Casa Panoramica (4 - 5 persons) and Casettina Romeo e Giulietta (2 persons). Each holiday apartment has an outdoor area where you can relax in absolute tranquillity.
Holiday apartment Casa Panoramica has an approximately 20m² roofed terrace with a panoramic view far along the valley. The contemporary house has a spacious living area of around 90 m² (excluding the terrace) distributed over two floors. The light in the house produces a wonderful atmosphere. The ground floor open kitchen has exposed brick walls, is well equipped with polished stone work surfaces and a kitchen bar. Only the bathroom is separate.The gallery is entered via a staircase and leads to two bedrooms. While lying in bed, let your imagination roam across the wide countryside of The Marches, a magical sight, not only at sunset. On the first floor there is another small room open to the gallery, which could be used as a reading corner or extra sleeping area.

The holiday apartments of Casa Molleone are situated 6 km from the ancient town of Cagli. Casa Molleone is close to the historical, medieval cities of Gubbio, Urbino and the world famous truffle 'capital' of Acqualagna. One can indulge in the delights of different assortment of truffles all year round. Acqualagna hosts the annual National Truffle Fair in late Autumn. In almost every restaurant dishes are available where this delicacy is used as an ingredient.
You can reach the Adriatic coast in about 30 minutes (Fano-Pesaro). Cagli has two beautiful rivers, Bosso and Burano, where it's possible to swim like in a natural and fresh swimingpool.
