The Estate has been beautifully restored in the traditional manner with interiors treated in a more contemporary loft-style. Borgo Tranquillo also boasts a communal Spa/Chill out area, designed to give a club ambiance, deep leather seating, open fires, bar and library with spectacular panoramic views. From the club area a sweeping staircase lead you down to the hammam (Turkish Steam room) and sauna with the large black inifinity pool beyond. The apartments are approached via lavender gardens and staircase up to your private terrace, which features spectacular views and outdoor dining/lounging facilities. One enters into a large open plan living/kitchen area with timber beamed 4.5m high-pitched roof. The living room features wood burning stove, large sofas, dining area, seating for four people and fully integrated marble kitchen.
A small corridor leads from the living area into the bedroom with en suite bathroom. The shower room is fitted with WC, bidet, large sink and wet-room shower. The beautiful bedroom with timber beams features a luxurious free standing double ended bath for the ultimate relaxing experience. Bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and king size bed.
