The ‘Country House’ Vigna Sant Amico is situated in the beautiful Marche landscape between the mountains and the sea, close to the ancient fortified village of Morro D’Alba.
Set amongst a beautiful unspoilt landscape,the area has always been dedicated to vineyards.We are in the centre of the DOC wine region of Verdicchio and Lacrima Di Morro D’Alba. We are only 12km from Ancona airport and the same distance from the train station of Jesi and the beach at Senigallia. A short distance away there are artistic and historic sites for you to visit. Set amongst our vineyards the Country House is ideally positioned for you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation in this splendid region.

Morro D’Alba

The ‘Country House’ is 5km from the village of Morro D’Alba,an old fortified village. The village walls are pentagonal with six ramparts,you can stroll around the walls and enjoy views out to the Adriatic sea. The ‘Scarpa’ is the only example in Italy of a covered control path stretching along the entire fortified wall. The remains of two Roman villas have been found near the town. The prestigius wine ‘Lacrima’ takes its name from Morro D’Alba.

There are walks and mountain bike routes from the town.

The Country House is a restored ‘casa colonica’ divided into 10 comfortable apartments . Each apartment has either one or two bedrooms, lounge/dining area ,equipped kitchen and pergola in the garden. Each apartment is tastefully furnished and has it’s own individual style and character. In the summer season there is also an outdoor pool and BBQ area.
Nearby on the Marotti Campi estate it is possible to taste the wines of our territory; Lacrima di Morro D’Alba DOC and Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi classico DOC

Rates

Low Season Price : €430
High Season Price : €655 per Week

Prices based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person is charged €20 per person per night. Children under the age of 6 are free of charge. Children aged 6 to 12 years are charged at €10 per child per night.

33% deposit required on booking.

Final cleaning charge €35.

Security deposit charge €150, payable upon arrival.
