17th century house with wood beamed ceilings in every room. It consists of 4 floors sleeping 6/8 people: Ground floor - kitchen; First floor - double bedroom, living/dining room (with sofa-bed), large terrace for outdoor eating/relaxing; Second floor - twin bedroom, newly fitted bathroom, sun balcony; Third floor - attic bedroom with twin beds, living/relaxing area with views over the 14th century convent to the mountains.
The house is situated within the medieval walled 'centro storico' and has all amenities within easy walking distance - 3 bars, 1 restaurant (excellent!), fresh bread, food, clothes etc. It is situated 20 minutes drive inland from Senigallia - the best beach resort on this stretch of the Adriatic coast. Dozens of beautiful medieval hilltop villages/towns within easy, short drive. Beautiful scenery and good walks. Two large outdoor swimming pools within a 10 minute drive. Many excellent restaurants, including several superb fish restaurants along the coast.

Coast/Beach
Spiaggia di Veluto - the velvet beach, at Senigallia is a 20 minute drive away. Very well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, shaded dining areas, changing cubicles, safe (with lifeguards), gently sloping beach/sea. Beach-side bars and restaurants - many with take-away menus.
