Casa San Pietro is located in stunning countryside close to the medieval town of Ostra Vetere (5 minutes), and a short drive (20 minutes) to the velvet beaches of Senigallia. Arcevia and the Sibbilini mountains are further south, and the ancient university city of Urbino to the north.

The house has been completely restored to a very high standard and has been equipped with the finest quality marble bathrooms with bath and showers. A modern fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter, dishwasher, 5 ring hob, large oven and many appliances. The open plan lounge features a log burning stove, and widescreen tv with satellite tv. The modern wood-floored bedrooms are all en-suite with two of the upstairs bedrooms sharing "jack and Jill" style.
The cellar contains a games room with pool table and Bar football, and another room that can be used as an occasional bedroom (with double bed settee)
Outside there are two patios, for full days sun (or shade). There is a very large swimming pool with a covered area next to it, and landscaped gardens with olive trees and palms.

There are many extremely good and terrific value restaurants in the area, with local specialities being; Wild Boar, Trout, Pecorino cheese and the excellent Verdicchio wine.

There is a pizzeria in the village and many small bars.

Senigallia is the main beach resort, and has fantastic "velvet" sand beaches and well organised umbrella and bed hire, very relaxing and ultra safe. The restaurants on the beach are first class and very reasonable.
