Borgo Romantico in the middle of Italy, region Marche, province Ancona 
The Borgo Romantico has a particular charming situation with a wonderful panorama, it is your domicile for easing and wonderful vacation periods.Ideal for families and pats are welcome.  
Whether you enjoy the quiet and nature in the Borgo Romantico, do walks to the near nature reserves, spend a comfortable beach day at the neat sandy beaches of Senigallia or prefer to drive the steep coast of the Monte Conero to do surfing, sailing or gulfing. Also excursions to Rome have to be carried out in one day (2 - 2.5 hours)

The Marchen are called the green lungs of Italy. Here you find much green for the soul the whole year. You will be astonished how much green surrounds your property even in the winter. 
 
House and property 
Embedded in gentle hill landscapes, quietly situated and anyway all leisure possibilities in the surroundings of 15 -45 minutes.  
From the terrace one enjoys a marvelous look over the hills appearing patchwork-like and on the scenery of the historical place Cupramontana.

Ground floor: Entrance area with a couple of steps downstairs studio, dining room, kitchen equipped completely with dishes dishwasher, refrigerator, sink unit, stove. 
Dining room and living room are designed open and it connected, it passes openly into a studio.  
Mezzanine floor: a toilet  
First floor: generous hallway,  
two bedrooms 
two baths (once+ bidet+ bathtub, once shower)  
Outside: big terrace and garden. little swimmingpool for children, barbecue grill for the garden. 
 
Surroundings 
 
Borgo Romantico is part of the municipality of Serra San Quirico, in the province Ancona, region Marche. A little wonderful small town. Serra San Quirico is enclosed by an absolutely intact medieval city wall which one is usable. 
 
Also the place Cupramontana is only some 4-5 km remote and is one of the historical Castelle of Jesi, seven are only authorized to mark their wine cultivable areas with the "Classico". Cupramontana is the greatest of the seven areas of the Verdicchio Classico. 
 
In the places with an intact infrastructure, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and of course all business remain no needs. The city of Jesi (approx. 35,000 inhabitants) about 15 minutes remote, further 20 minutes Ancona is the capital of the Marchen.

Mezzanine floor: and further toilet First floor: Generous hallway with commode Two bedrooms two baths (once+ bidet+ bathtub, once shower) all with wardrobs and commode and full-sice-bed All in country house style. Outside: big terrace with sunshade, furniture for the terrace (table, chairs) and deck chairs, private garden. Barbecue grill for terrace or garden, for children a little swimming-pool. What do you want more for your vacation.

    • Golf , about 45 min. at Sirolo, very nice club with Clubhouse and view over the hills in part also over the Sea.  
    18 holes.  
    10 min a very pretty bathing lake, 
    Hiking in the nature, and walking as well as biking areas directly in front of the house door, tips for it in the houses. 
    on the Sea, area Ancona Conero Coast by Sirolo, Numana, Portonovo here you find all sport, sailing, water sport rentals and water skiing, surf,and also plunge at the steep.  
    Sand beach coasts removes for 30-40 min.. Here also sailing, surfing and further water sports. 
    Tennis you can play near by 10 min. and also anywhere on the beach.  
    Far land inwards in one couple of minutes distance national parks and also the dripstone caves of Frasassi 
    Some distances  
    Cupramontana or Serra San Quirico 5-10 Min.  
    Jesi 15 min. very nice storical town.  
    Ancona (capital of the Marche) 40 min. 
    Sandy beaches, Senigallia 30 40 min. 
    Airport 30 min.

Nice towns with flair you find on the Sea, Senigallia, Fano, Recanati, Sirolo, Numana.....
