Vacation Rental Description
Renovation of this beautifully restored Marche holiday rental villa was completed in June 2007. It boasts stunning views over Marche countryside and the Sibillini mountains and has a large floodlit pool. Views from the covered portico and first floor terrace are truly breathtaking, with most of the Sibillini mountain chain in full view - including Monte Sibilla and Monte Priora from which the villa takes its name - with the medieval hilltop town of Amandola nestled invitingly below. The separate converted barn to the side of the main property has a separate double en suite bedroom and living room with fully fitted kitchen, which can be rented with the main property or on its own if the main property is not in use. Great walking from your doorstep and a large lawned garden bordered by woodland below. The nearest restaurant is a 20 minute walk or a very short drive and the nearest bar a five minute drive. Amandola and Comunanza are both a ten minute drive and have a good range of bars and restaurants as well as shops, gelatarias, banks and a hospital. Main Villa description:
Ground Floor
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, gas hobs, fridge and freezer) with dining area for up to 14, downstairs loo, utility room under stairs (washing machine). Living room with fireplace (which heats the villa's under floor heating using the wood from the property's 70 acre wood). Kitchen patio doors front (onto covered portico) and back. Converted Barn
All ground floor. Living room/fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, four gas hobs and electric oven. Patio doors from the kitchen to the garden and large fireplace (in winter provides hot water and heating via radiators). Spacious double bedroom with patio doors, bathroom with shower.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the final balance payable a minimum of four weeks before arrival. If you need to cancel AND we can re-let your week(s), then a full refund will be made. If it remains un-let as a result of the cancellation a refund will not be made. The letting period is from 4pm Saturday to 10am on the Saturday of the final week. While every effort will be made to accommodate entry prior to 4pm this cannot be guaranteed as we place high priority on cleaning and preparation. Guests are required to vacate the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. You will be liable to make good or pay for any damage to the accommodation and its contents that you or your party may cause. The number of people occupying the property must not exceed 14. Heating charged separately based on meter reading at the beginning and end of rental period. Easter, Christmas and New Year are considered mid season.
