A large beautifully restored farmhouse nestling in a tranquil hamlet location. Sensitively restored with original terracotta tiled floors and wooden beams, the property is split over 2 levels. The upper level which is accessed by a large private gated terrace boasts a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area with wood burning stove. A bright sitting room with French windows looks over the gently rolling countryside towards San Ginesio. Four good sized bedrooms on this level provide comfortable accommodation with scenic views. The lower level which can be accessed separately as well as by an internal stone staircase, consists of two large open plan living areas, one with sofa bed and open fire place, a further kitchen with dining area along with a large utility room, two bathrooms and a further bedroom. This level leads directly out to a private garden with swimming pool. Throughout the house, the furniture is of an extremely high standard with many restored antique pieces.

The garden is to the side of the house and is enclosed by fencing and shrubs. There is large lawned sitting area dotted with fruit trees. The garden features a lovely private pool measuring 11m x 4.5m, its depth reaching 1.5m at the deep end. There are lovely views from the garden of the rolling hills, spectacular mountains and tranquil meadows. The hamlet's tiny abandoned chapel sits at one end of the garden.
