The charming seaside resort is nestled in a gulf between two promontories – Capo Sant’ Alessio (Forza D’Agrò) and Capo di Sant’ Andrea (Taormina) – and among citrus groves and prickly pear cacti, with a golden sand beach and crystal-clear water.
The mild climate and nearness to Taormina make Borgo Case Vacanze a pleasant place to stay in any season.
A few houses still remain from the old village, including the “Fisherman's Houses ” which lie in Contrada Sillemi, Greta Garbo’s preferred holiday place where she stayed at Villa Hauser. The houses are fully refurbished yet maintain their original character. The nearness of the sea and sound of the waves, combined with the sweet perfume from jasmine plants, will help you drift into total relaxation.
