The “Borgo Case Vacanze” holiday homes are located in Letojanni, an old fishing village, which is on the sea along the Ionian coast at the foot of Taormina on the final slopes of Peloritani and among the limpid waters of Homeric Sicily.

A few houses still remain from the old village, including the “Fisherman's Houses ” which lie in Contrada Sillemi, Greta Garbo’s preferred holiday place where she stayed at Villa Hauser. The houses are fully refurbished yet maintain their original character. The nearness of the sea and sound of the waves, combined with the sweet perfume from jasmine plants, will help you drift into total relaxation.

The holiday house is located in Letojanni ,in the old fishermen's village

Taormina (only 5km) on the Sicilian Ionian Coast,only 40m from the seaside .
House of the Sailor of 67square meters, that dates back to the years 1700;
while maintaining the characteristics of that period the house has been
entirely restored. The walls of the perimeter have remained intact and
parts of the pavements are made out of local baked clay paving stones.
The two-storey house is accessible by a nice alley. In the entrance that
separates the two storeys there is a hall that has maintained the
characteristics and the flavour of that period, a separate kitchen, an
air-conditioned living room, a stove with four burners, a refrigerator and a
small freezer; also there is kitchen equipment such as dishes, plates,
saucepans; there is also a washing machine, double divan bed, satellite TV
and a bathroom with shower.
Returning to the hall, one can access to the first floor small balcony whit
chairs and table (second floor in US
terms) by an old stairway made out of stone from that period where there is
an air-conditioned bedroom with sea-view and double bed, and a bathroom with
shower. The house is about 40 meters from the sea
