To confirm booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% of full amount is required. Balance to be settled two weeks prior to arrival. International wire transfers only.
Security Damage Deposit of Euro 150.00 payable on arrival and refunded on departure subject to apartment inspection. Late Arrival Charges apply after 20.00 hours.
