These characteristic and attractive 2 two-room appartements, furnished in a typical Mediterranean style, are situated in the charming fishing village of Santa Flavia. They are ideal for people who desire comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation combined with a friendly yet quiet and tasteful location. We offer you three different apartments: "Luna" - first floor about 50m², two room flat; living room with day bed, sleeping room with one double bed (can be seperated), bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with washing machine, open terrace about 50m²; air-conditioning, sat-tv and stereo.
"Stella" - second floor about 25m²; two room flat; living room with kitchenette, sleeping room with one double bed (can be seperated) and a high sleeper, bathroom with shower, balcony with nice view to South; air-conditioning, washing machine and stereo.
"Sole" second and third floor about 50m², two room flat; living room with day bed, sleeping room with one double bed (can be seperated), 2 bathrooms with showers, kitchen with washing machine, open terrace about 30m² with a delightful view of the baroque cathedral; air-conditioning, washing machine and stereo.
The nearest beach is only 1.4 km near, and the railway station 400 m. You can find shops, bars and restaurants and the lively piazza in the immediate neighbourhood. The street is tranquil. The building has been carefully restored in a way that conserves its original charm while offering maximum comfort.
Facilities
A highlight of this location is the village itself. It is an original Sicilian fisher town with very nice and friendly people.
Activities
Nearby you find the Italian-language school solemar-Sicilia, where you can learn Italian during your holidays; cookery courses. Our school organizes for example an excursion to the ancient remains of Solunto which was one of the main Punic towns in western Sicily, along with Motia and Palermo. According to the students' interests, the school offers cheap entertaining activities such as a Sicilian cookery course, excursions by mountain bike, guided tours in the surrounding mountains, trips by boat, a pottery course, diving course and a guided social cultural tour of Palermo; in addition, the students will also be able to practice some sports and, upon request, we will be glad to organize trips to Erice, Segesta, Etna, Taormina, Agrigento, etc. . . The mildness of Sicily's climate and the original character of the Sicilian people will make the stay in Sicily a unique and fascinating experience.

The prices include all the additional costs except electricity In case of cancellation: Cancellations must be delivered in writing If the cancellation is delivered 11 weeks before the beginning of the booked holiday there will be a 15% penalty on the agreed price If the cancellation is delivered from 10 to 8 weeks before the beginning of the booked holiday there will be a 30% penalty on the agreed price If the cancellation is delivered from 7 to 4 weeks before the beginning of the booked holiday there will be a 50% penalty on the agreed price Any cancellation arriving shorte involves a 95% penalty. Minimum stay 3 nights
