The farm in Santa Flavia is situated 30 minutes from Palermo and near the splendid sea on the northern coast of Sicily. Its picturesque maritime suburbs are setting among the crystalline waters of the Tyrrhenian. We welcome you to the Agritourism full of charme, with its impressive apartments and suites from the noble period of the Eighteenth century, situated in the heart of a green farm full of citrus and olive trees. Enjoy a vacation full of relaxation and culture. The farmhouse welcomes our guests in apartments, suites, and rooms among classical furnishing and typical style according to the Sicilian tradition. Wrought iron beds, wood furniture, ceramics baths, all made with detailed care and embellished with the best comforts and services. Every apartment, suite or room has air-condition/heating, satellite TV, gardens, compact refrigerator, security boxes, and a complimentary beauty kit. 
 
The sight of citrus trees, olive trees or the sea from the farmhouse will be the enchanting frame of your stay in Sicily and offers each guest the possibility to taste and purchase its own products, genuine and natural, that the Villa itself produces, in the absolute respect of the biological process. 
 
From the farmhouse you can easily reach the motorway crossroad Palermo-Catania and the state roads, that from the suburb of Santa Flavia, easily link Agrigento and the Valley of Temples, Trapani with the salt pans and Erice, as well as Catania and Messina. 
Remember to visit the little maritime suburbs of Porticello and Sant’Elia, set between the sea and the bluffs where, in the background, there is the unmistakable Capo Zafferano. From the farmhouse, you can easily go to one of the most impressive places of Sicily: the historical Soluto, ancient Phoenician city (then Hellenic and Roman) on the slopes of the Catalfano Mountain that dominates the sea with a magnificent show of archaeological testimonies that dates from the VII century B.C. 
 
There are seven apartments for rent in the farmhouse 
Limonaia (four apartments) - for up to 3/4 people 
Limonaia (33sq. metres - 2 rooms each) consists of four apartments, each comprising a living room with fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor, and a double bedroom with a bathroom (including shower) on the first floor. These apartments also have a furnished area outdoors that overlooks the citrus orchard. 
 
Nespolo (one apartment) - for up to 4/6 people 
Nespolo (60sq. metres - 3 rooms) is a three room apartment comprising a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one with bunk beds), and a bathroom with a shower. This apartment has a private outdoor area with an excellent sea view. 
 
Casetta Rosa (one apartment) - for up to 3/4 people 
Casetta Rosa (60sq. metres - 2 rooms) consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a large private pergola that has an impressive view out over the Gulf of Solanto. 
 
Atrio Villa (one apartment) - for up to 3/4 people 
Atrio Villa (35sq metres - 2 rooms) This apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has a terrace that looks into the atrium inside the villa. 
 
Oliveto (rooms only) - for up to 1/4 people 
Oliveto - rooms only, two double and one quadruple room. All these rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
