Vacation Rental Description
The Maisonette is built of local stones and consists of only two different separated apartment:it is located in the north-west coast of Sicily, in one of the most beautiful seaside resort. It is wonderfully situated in 4000 m² garden where there is also the sommer house of the owner. It is right by the sea which can be reached trough the luxuriant garden surrounding the house. There are splendid vieuws out on to the enchanting bay running from Capo Zafferano as far as Sant'Elia.The apartments are high level of confort.The ground floor for 5 people has a spacious terrace equipped with external cooking and barbecue facilities. The first floor for 3 people has a very nice equipped terrace all of which guarantees a pleasant stay in total relaxation and close contact with nature and sea. There is parking places within the premises thus ensuring the safety of our visitor's cars. 
There are only 30 meters to the private rocky beach. 
The Maisonette is also an excellent base for exploring Sicily as is it far only: -3 km from the ruins of Solunto, earlier phonicians settlement; - 5 km from Bagheria renowed for the villas belonging to the old aristocracy of Palermo; - 20 Km from Palermo, sicily's chief city, with its wealth of nature and historical attractions; 40 km from Cefalù preatty and pittoresque little town, lovely spot for strolling and famous trough the charming arab norman cathedral.

    • Supermarkets and shops:: The maisonette is only 1 km to the fishing town of Porticello, where you can find shops and supermarkets which are open also on Sunday morning. There are many pizzerias and good fish restaurants. Golf: 40 km away from Fiordaliso there is “Le Madonie Golf Club”, an 18 holes golf course, which is very close to Cefalù, up on to the Madonie mountains and overlooking the Tyrrhenian sea. In 2008 'Le Madonie golf club' has been officially recognized as the most panoramic among the newest recently opened golf course in Italy.

    The prices are for 5 people and for one week; 30% deposit will secure date and it is none refundable. The full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Long term renters are welcome and receive a discount. Linen and towels, gas and water and electricity rates are included in the rental payment. Heating will be calculated at the end of the stay; beach towels are not available. Final cleaning charge does not include the cleaning of the kitchen that must be left clean.
