Small Cottage is clean and comfortable based in Punta Braccetto. 5kms away from Marina di Ragusa.
Pine trees offer plenty of shade and there is an outdoor patio area with a granite table which can seat 12 people.
10 metres from a beautiful 12m x 6m swimming pool which was installed in 2009. Pool is unfenced and therefore might be unsuitable for unsupervised children.
Bedroom 1- Master bedroom with double bed, ample closet space and air conditioning. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2- Bunkbeds with wardrobe and chest of drawers. View of swimming pool. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3- Small single room with nightable. Sleeps 1.
A baby cot is available free of charge.
Family bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen/Diner-Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 ring cooker with oven, washing machine, toaster, coffee and espresso maker, popcorn maker, toaster oven. Iron with ironing board and clothes line.
Cottage is fully self-contained.
Small storage area for patio furniture and suitcases etc.
Diner area has a 3 seat sofa, small cable colour TV/DVD.

A 45 min drive to Pozzallo to connect with a daily Catamaran to Malta.
20 mins from the new Donnafugata golf resort. This was opened in July 2010 and is a 5 star resort. Two 18 hole courses-one designed by Gary Player-and one a links. Resort also offers a spa and a wellness centre.
Activities
Cottage is set on 2 acres of land with olive, fruit and palm trees. You are welcome to help yourself to any fruit that may be growing during your stay.
Swimming pool is cleaned twice a week and garden maintenance is performed by English speaking owners who are on site in other accomodation.
Europe's newest and largest golf course is 20 mins away and opened in July 2010.
