LOCATION:
In the centre of Marina di Ragusa, the so called "Miami of Italy", this nice and comfortable apartment will allow you to spend a wonderful and restful period. A sunny and funny holiday will be granted by the ideal climate of the area, by the clean water of the cost and by the presence of lots of clubs, pubs, restaurants and discos where spending your time from the late afternoon till the early morning.
DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single room) which can give hospitality up to 7 people. A large kitchen allows to arrange some "home-made" lunches and a wide terrace represents an amazing place to relax your bodies and recharge the batteries. Public parking availability
FACILITIES:
Just behind the corner there is a supermarket but along the entire seafront you can find whatever you want: food, clothes, accessories, ice creams (excellent) and so on. In the same square where the apartment is located, there is the bus-stop, if you want to do a trip around the city, but I personnally suggest to walk.
If you want to organize a specific trip in the historic part of Ragusa (Ragusa Ibla for example, the "baroque pearl" of Sicily, or Modica or the Donnafugata Castle or something else) you can ask me and I will arrange everything: transport, food, tourist guide and all your further request.
RESERVATIONS:
The availability of the apartment is from the 8th of June up to the end of September. It is strictly recommended to book in advance, because there is a strong request also from italian people themselves.
I ask a rent per week, but I can consider specific needs for longer or hybrid periods.
The asked rent is 1.250 € per week (less than 1.000 GBP).
