Apartment is well decorated, spotless clean, and equipped. The house has 2 terraces, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a combined kitchen dining living room. There is a lovely garden where you can have lunch and dinner and also tan yourself. You will find a barbecue to make a grillad. In the house there are microwave oven, washing machine, ventilators, fridge and TV.
Bedsheets and towels are not inclused in the rent price. You can rent it.

Near the house there are many restaurants, pizzerie and shops where you can find everything.
There are a lot of beautiful seasides.
I can rent bikes, cars and scooters.
During the night the main road of Villasimius is crowded with people and shops and restaurants are all open. Along the way you will find stalls of items from Sardinia. Cars can't cross from 21 to 24.

You can rent linen and towels with an additional cost of 15 € for person.
The cleaning service is optional: you can choose to make it by yourself or to pay an additional cost of 30 €.

If you decide not to come, you loose the deposit.
