Vacation Rental Description
2 bedroom apartment, situated on a hill in the sought after Su Sergenti area of Villasimius. The apartment overlooks the village on one side and the sea (and Isola di Cavoli) on the other. The apartment is on a very quiet road. The centre of the village (Piazza Gramsci) is only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment has a large living room with open plan kitchen (with a terrace overlooking the hills), a smaller living room (with sofa bed), a large double bedroom (with a terrace overlooking the sea) and a second bedroom with bunk beds (also with a terrace overlooking the village).

There is a shared garage in the basement of the building with an allocated parking space for the apartment.

The nearest beach (Simius) is approximately 1 km away. There are also numerous beautiful beaches which can be reached by car within 5-10 minutes. In summer there are regular shuttle buses to the beaches from the centre of town. Most of the main beaches rent out umbrellas and sun loungers.

Villasimius is a lovely old village which comes alive in summer. There are numerous bars, shops and restaurants in the centre and in summer the main roads in the centre are closed for the "passeggiata" through the village.

    • There is a well equipped kitchen with a kettle, toaster and microwave. You are welcome to bring your own linen. If you prefer to hire bed linen and towels there is a charge of 10 euros per person per week.
