Main Description
The villa is a two story detached building in its own grounds. The ground floor has a large living room,kitchen and two bedrooms.Bedroom 1 has a double and a bunk bed and it own shower room.bedroom 2 is accessed directly from the garden and had a double bed and its own shower room.The living room has a large seating area,tv dvd desk and a fireplace,smalldining table and sideboard.The kitchen has a large gas stove with gas oven and electric grill.There is also a double sink and a large fridge.There is sufficient cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery for16 people.Upstairs can be accessed either from an internal stairs or via the outside sun terrace.Bedroom 3 has a double bed and own shower room.Large glass doors can be opened onto the sun terrace.Bedroom 4 has two single beds and a shower room.Bedroom 5 has two sets of bunk beds and a shower room.Bedroom 6 has a bouble bed and access to shower room on landing.The sun terrace is on this level and the sea can be seen fron here.Outside in the garden is the pool which is surrounded by wooden decking.Because of the pine trees in the garden very little can be grown in the groung beneath.Though the trees are very useful for tying up hammocks.A large table and seating area is directly outside front door.This is very suitable for al fresco dining. Although there are other villas nearby in the forest the area is quiet and peaceful.There are many paths and roads through the forest giving lovely shady walks.The nearby beach is long and sandy with lovely clear water.There are many restaurants nearby ranging from pizzas to gourmet food.We have a neighbour close by who speaks fluent english and knows everything about the local area. A cleaner comes in most days to sweep up outside and check if everything is ok for you.Midway through a two week stay a complete linen change and house clean is available. There is a washing machine on site and washing lines.The hot water is supplied by solar panels.The local village of Valledoria is close by and has a great supermarket,boutiques,gift shops,restaurants and wineshops.The area is ideally suited for exploring the north west,north and north east of the island.The Costa Smerelda is easily accessed by car from here as is the ferry to Corsica.You can have an active or quiet holiday whickever you prefer.

There is a small water park close by . The local beach is a centre for kite surfing with lessons available from office in Valledoria.I have found that most of our guests just want to chill out on the beach during daylight and enjoy the local food and drink late into the night.

Self catering villa located at the edge of a small pine forest.It is just a 100m walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The village of valledoria is a short drive,or 15 min walk away.We have a private pool with wooden decking surround .There are sunloungers,deck chairs and hammocks dotted through the garden and on the upstairs sun terrace.A large purpose built barbeque is at the back of the house and a covered dining area is just outside the front door,easily accessed from the kitchen. The weekly price includes electricity,gas,water,towels,linen and final clean up.There are six bedrooms,each with its own shower room.two bedrooms are downstairs,one accessed from the main house and one with access to the garden.The other four bedrooms are upstairs.The house is ideal for a large group of friends or families.There is enough space for group gatherings or for solitary moments.A car is necessary.Alghero or Olbia airports are about an hours drive.

Low Season Price : €3200
High Season Price : €3750 per Week

A deposit of one third is required within two weeks of booking. The balance is to be paid four weeks prior to holiday date.Payment can be made by inter bank transfer or by bank draft.
