Vacation Rental Description

The apartment of 100 meters wide is in the centre of a small town at two kilometres from sandy white beaches on the east coast of Sardinia. The weather is sunny from April to October and you can sunbathe during this period. The apartment got three rooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and a terrace in which you can take meals. It's an attic in a two floors very quiet house. It’s got air conditioning. You can park your car and rent bicycles.
Accommodation from two to five persons.
You can reach the town, Tortoli, from three airports / Alghero, Cagliari et Olbia at two hours by car. Arbatax port is at 4 kilometres and it’s linked with Genova and Rome ports in Italy.

La terrazza is an agreable place to take meals and sunbath . Our apartement got all facilities and air conditiong which during the hottest months is a must.

If you cancel booking two months before the dateof yourlocation you will be remborsed. prices included linen, wtaer gaz, air conditioning except claening at the end of your stayng + 40€
