This brand newly stone-built villa is located less than 200 mt from the sea in the picturesque fishing village of Stintino in the north-western part of Sardinia. Complete with all creature comforts it has been designed to integrate perfectly in this outstanding Mediterranean environment, cohabiting with some of the most beautiful plants in the whole of Italy. Amongst the gardens is a state of a swimming pool, illuminated with under water lights enhancing the enjoyment of this perfect setting.The veranda, characterised by trusses in farmhouse style, goes between the wonderful external landscape and the living room, where a picturesque stair brings you to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a balcony with breathtaking sea views. There is also one roomy kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a store-room. All the rooms keep a constant healthy level of temperature and degree of humidity thanks to heat pumps, those of the kind air-water.

Villa Tamerica is only 15 minutes walk (or 3 minute drive) from Stintino harbour and village where one finds schools, shops and several services. It is 35 min. drive from Alghero Airport (Ryan-Air flights), 90 min drive from Olbia Airport, 30 min drive from Porto Torres ferry. The neighbourhood includes the renowned white sand beach of La Pelosa, the Asinara Island (National Wildlife Park) with its crystal clear aquamarine waters and the rocky coast of Mare di Fuori on the western side.
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes serve a discriminating international clientele. Boating, sailing and other sporting activities are well catered for by several venues in the area (golf course at about 2 km). Discos and clubs maintain a lively night life.
The nearest big town are Porto Torres (30 Km) and Alghero (45 Km).

For golf lovers there is a wonderful golf-course with nine holes at only five minutes drive from our self-catering vacation property.
