It is close to the main park, from where local buses depart to Platamona beach. The railway and the bus station to the other towns are only few minutes far from the property. 
The main buildings (University, Prefecture, Law Court, City Hall, District House, etc. ) and the most interesting historical and touristic sites ( Cathedral, Sanna Museum, Brigata Sassari Museum, the newly refurbished Italy Square, etc.) are very close to "Duomo" apartment.

    • There are parking spaces in two little squares, close to the building. The transport services are very efficient, so that you don't need a car, but if you have one in the vicinity there are a lot of guarded parking areas. Platamona and Stintino beaches are a few kilometres far from the city.

    40% of rental fee due by bank transfer as soon as possible to secure booking, the remaining amount, the final cleaning (€ 40) and damage deposit (€. 100) only cash on arrival. Any other method of payment is to be previously agreed with the owner. Refundable breakages deposit of € 100,00 is required on arrival, to be refunded at your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion. The prices do not include: - mandatory final cleaning (€ 40,00); - damage deposit (€ 100,00). Included gas, water, energy, linen, towels.
