Vacation Rental Description

The apartment of 60 square metres is part of a house set within its own grounds on top of a hill. The galleried bedroom has lovely mountain views;the kitchen/living area looks towards the sea and opens directly onto the paved part of the garden. The front of the house looks east towards the sea and affords spectacular sunrises whilst the back looks towards the mountains with equally beautiful sunsets. The large mature garden with fruit trees and vines surrounds the property. Guests may help themselves to fruit from the vines/trees when in season.The terraced garden is 1,800 sq metres and guests have full use of it.
The apartment is fully furnished.
There is a BBQ in the garden.

Air conditioner unit is fitted with a meter and is supplied at an additional charge. The garden of about 1800 m2, with 2 deckchairs, chairs and table, is ideal for relaxing, reading and eating "al fresco". There is parking for one car, an outdoor barbecue and an outside shower with cold water.

Beaches, shops, restaurants are 1Km away in the village and many more can be found in nearby villages.
The coastline to the North, is unspoilt and dramatically beautiful. To the South there are long stretches of white sand beaches. The water is crystal clear. The internal, sparsely populated area, is mountainous and wild.

30% of total rental is required at the time of booking. A GBP 200 deposit against damages is payable with the balance of the rental 3 weeks before arrival. The damages deposit will be refunded in full if the booking is cancelled and two weeks after departure if there are no damages. Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Utilities are included except for air conditioning which is metered and charged at cost. There is a cleaning charge of GBP 50 irrespective of the length of stay. Check in time 17:00 on day of arrival. Check out time 11:00 on day of departure. Discounts are available for stays in excess of 2 weeks. Contact owner for details.

The undiscovered part of Italy.....

All our guests just love the location - they rave about the exquisite food and wine and the peace and tranquility of the area.
We bought the property when I was working in Milan. It was a perfect place to escape to every weekend, whatever the season. We were just amazed by the scenery and at the quality of life in the area. The people were incredibly helpful and friendly and the quality of the food and wines on offer was beyond our wildest expectation.
And yet despite the accessibility of the area (from Milan, Turin, Genoa and Nice)it is still quite un-commercialised and appears to be "off the tourist map".
