Vacation Rental Description
Our home is suitable for four or six people. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 king size beds and a single bed, a kitchen, living-dining room.It's equipped with color TV, washing machine, private parking, barbecue and fire place inside the house.It's located in the north east coast of sardegna, 5 minutes drive from the sea.In this side of the coast we have 36 km. of beaches and rocks.You can snorkelling, diving, horse riding, take a boat to explore the beautiful beaches directly from the sea.The most popular and beautiful beaches as Berchida and CapoComino are few minutes far from the house.
Posada is a very quite and nice place, at the top of the hill you will sea and visit the Medioeval castle and the historical center.
This part of the coast it's not only sea and beaches,in 30 minutes you can reach the central Sardinia and explore the archeological sites and his montains.
The town of Posada offer also restaurants , agritourism where you can taste our typical food, shops, and may want for daily needs. You can visit all the very nice mediterraneum country of Sardegna.
Facilities
The kitchen is well equipped,it's possible to rent bed linens and towels, In the patio outside you will find table and chairs for dinner and ralax, there is a shower outside.
Activities
Few minutes drive from the house there is the city of Siniscola, with shops, cinema, beauty center, banks...
and La Caletta, 4 km. far, where you can find also shops, good food, there is the touristic port where it's possible to rent a boat.
For the nigth you can go to La Caletta, and finally if you want to dance few minutes from the house in the centre of budoni You will find discos and pubs.
