Villa Les Bouganvilles is divided into three indipendent portions: A, B and C: the portions for rent are A and C. The access to both the portions has a brief outdoor stair, surrounded by the garden, starting from the street, where there are two parking spots available for guests (one for A and one for C).

Portion A has a wide veranda with a lunch and a relax zone, a solarium of 30 sqm and a surrounding wide garden full of plants. Portion C has a veranda for lunch and a beautiful garden.
Both verandas are furnished with tables, chairs, seats and sun-beds. From everywhere outside the villa there is a great panoramic view of the Maddalena archipelago.

Portion A is four-roomed: one bedroom has a twin bed and a big closet, while the other bedroom has two single beds and a window-door opening on the patio. There are also a living room with a double sofa-bed and a TV, a corridor with another big closet, a kitchen and one bathroom. On the back courtyard there is another room with a large shower and a washing machine.
The bathroom is provided with bathtub and a hairdryer, while the kitchen is provided with sink, stove, microwave/grill oven, refrigerator-freezer and dishwasher.

Portion C is two-roomed: there are a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen corner, double sofa-bed and TV. The bathroom is provided with shower, washing machine and hairdryer, while the kitchen is provided with sink, stove, refrigerator-freezer and microwave/grill oven. The living room has two wide window-doors, opening on the veranda and on the patio. Portion C has been recently restructured and has the kitchen and part of the furnishing renewed.

Villa Les Bouganvilles is located near (about 400 meters) Cala Capra beach and Porto Mannu beach; at Porto Mannu beach there is a parking reserved to the guests of the residence. Porto Mannu beach is equipped with beach facilities, a swimming pool reserved to the guests of the residence, videogames, daily and nightly entertainment, bar and restaurant.
Both Cala Capra and Porto Mannu beaches are easily reachable (10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car). In the immediate vicinity of the Villa, a well-equipped mini-market and a pizzeria are available (also take away).

Rates include gas, water and electricity; rates does not include bed linen and towels. Additional fees must be necessarily paid for final cleaning service: 80 euros for Portion A and 50 euros for Portion C. If desired, bed linen and towels are available at the price of 24 euros/person/change.
