Our self catering apartments, placed 200 meters from the beach, are new, fully equipped and furnished (crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, telephone, TV and safe)
and mostly with sea view.

The compound has a nice swimming pool.

Just few minutes away from Porto Rotondo and Golfo di Marinella. 15 Kilometers from Olbia.
Costa Smeralda, La Maddalena Archipelago and the Gallura's interior can easily be visited in a day trip.

High Season Price : €1500 per Week
EXTRA CHARGES:
Utilities (compulsory): electricity, water and gas, Euro 20,oo per person per week (Kids between 2-10 year old Euro 10,oo).
End of stay cleaning (compulsory): Studios Euro 40,00 - One Bedroom apt. Euro 45,oo - Two bedrooms Euro 50,oo.

OPTIONALS:
Bed and bathroom linen: Euro 30,oo per person each complete change.
Internal Parking: Car Euro 100,oo, Moto Euro 50,oo per week.

PAYMENT
30% of the total amount when booking .The remaining amount 30 days prior to arrival.Failure to comply with these terms will cause the cancellation of the reservation.

CANCELLATION
Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival; 10% Penalty
Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival; 20% Penalty
Between 14 and 09 days prior to arrival; 30% Penalty
Between 08 and 04 days prior to arrival; 50% Penalty
03 days prior to arrival; 75% Penalty
No refunds will be given after this term or in case of anticipated departure.
