2 Bedroom Villa in Porto Rotondo

Villa Nuraghe is a very unique house on our 10.000sm property. It's all round and covered with stones. It's divided in groundfloor and upstairs the Penthouse. You reach the Penthouse by an outside stair and bridge in the middle of the rocks. It has a bedroom with fridge and TV and aircon and a bathroom. Outside it has a small kitchencounter, a big terrace with a stunning seaview. It's completly independent from the downstairs and it's not suitable for small children. 
Downstairs you have the mainhouse with one bedroom and bathroom, to be reached by granitsteps. The seperate kitchen offers everything you need and also a small table for 2 persons. The big livingroom has a dining table for up to 6 person, couch and sleeping couch (up to persons) 
From here you reach the outside area with Gazebo and large round table, BBQ, outside kitchen and outside shower (very practical after the beach). You have also a big private sundeck.

The center of our luxury property is the very special pool shared with the four villas. It's quiet big, has a waterfall, swimming against current, whirlpool and during the night it's illuminated with seven different colors. the effect is stunning, embedded in the middle of granit rocks

Golfers can use the famous Pevero Golf near to the Hotel Cala di Volpe, approx. 20km from Porto Rotondo. 
You can find all the nightlife you might desire in July and August, besides these two month the area is really quiet and offers the max. relax.
