San Pantaleo, among woods and typical granite rocks, is a nice and live village peopled throughout the year, offering all the main useful services, including grocer's, pharmacy, filling station, bank, post office, cafè, restaurants, and a popular weekly market (craftsmen). High above the sea level (170 m) and in the middle of the Costa Smeralda promontory, it is well placed in a healthy and relaxing atmosphere of a hillside, close to the surroundings famous beaches of the area, all reachable within a range of 5-15 km, 5 km from the resort of Portisco on the sea(touristic harbour and services, beach, tennis, shops, cafè, restaurants).
The apartment (65 sq. m) is at the ground floor of a three flat villa in a small residence inside a private park, only 500 m far from the village square. High panoramic position, independent entrance gate, veranda, garden.
Inside equipment: two bedrooms (1: one double bed; 2. three beds (one single bed and 2 bunkbeds); living room with seating side TV set) and dining side; open kitchen (gas oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro w. oven); two bathrooms, one with shower. The rooms are comfortable, well furnished and the main ccoking and cleaning equipment is supplied. Air conditioning (summer/winter) in the bedrooms and in the sitting-dining hall. Heating radiators in the bathrooms for colder seasons. Warm water from a gas boiler.
Outside equipment: a)shaded veranda(20 sq. m) and garden (120 sq. m) on the panoramic front; b) yard in the rear house for domestic services (washing machine, clothes line-set, external supplementary shower with heated water; c) exclusive shadowed car park inside the property; d) private, fenced natural park (5000 sq.m)exclusive for the residence. Two more beds (option, supplement)are available in a wide room (40 sq.m) in the villa basement, accessible by external staircase directly from the veranda of the apartment: airy and daylighted, it has a double bed-settee, living side fittings, TV, bathroom with shower.
Starting from S. Pantaleo, many places of great international resort are approchable (Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo etc.) so as other lovable sea towns (La Maddalena and its archipalago, S. Teresa di Gallura with a ferry to Corsica etc.).

Veranda with external table and chairs, shadowed by motor driven tent, facing the garden on the panoramic front. Linen (first change): included in the rent price. Free change of bed sheets every 14 days. Further change of bed sheets & towels on request (supplement). Gas/water/electricity: included in the rent price with a ceiling on the electricity of 100 kWh per week (El. Sparing Clause) Cleaning: the apartment will be delivered completely clean, but the Customer is requested to keep the house clean and tidy, and to remove his own rubbish/bottles/residual food, so as only the finishing cleaning & sterilizing is entrusted to the house owner (Home Care Clause). A final cleaning fee will be requested to the Customer only in case of apartment left in particularly dirty or untidy conditions upon departure.
