The house is located on the north east coast of the beautiful Island of Sardinia (in the middle of the Mediterranean sea), very close to Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo, in the middle of a really suggestive landascape, typically sardinian, countryside and sea together. The house is a semidetached one, completely indipendent, recently refurbished with the typical material of Sardinia production, granite and wood: All around at a very few kilometres you can find plenty of restaurants, pizza houses and all the services and facilities you need (Banks, Post offices, Chemistry, Supermarkets), as well as some sports opportunities such as horse riding, golf and tennis.

Horse riding is very close to he house, with a very large area where to practice and vey good teachers available for lessons and for horse-walking activities.
The tennis courts are at few miles from where the house is located, the shopping centres are in Cannigione the nearest very nice town and in Baja Sardinia, the most famous tourist village. There are also plenty of restaurants and pizza houses in the are where to taste the typical products of the local cousine.

The house is provided by a completely indipendent access and a large area outside where to park more than a car.
The space around is quite large and typical with lots of vegetation, not really a garden but more similar to the rural sardinian countryside with woods of mediterraanean vegetation; the backside path leads you to some small private and very quite beaches, about 50 m. from the house, which allows you to spend your time in total relax.

Any deposit is required, but it is important to prepay 1/3 or at least 1/4 of the total amount in order to book the rental: The rest of money, preferably cash, is due at the arrival. The total amount includes all costs, (gas, electricity and water); 50/70 euros extra are insted charged for the final cleaning;(this is the only extra-cost). If the booking has been made late, just a short time before the arrival,the prepayment is not required; it is possible to pay the whole amount at the arrival.
