1 Bedroom Villa in Costa Rei

This villa is composed of two main rooms, one bedroom with double bed, one kitchen/liveing room with double sofa/bed, one bathroom with shower, one small space in front of the bathroom with a wardrobe equipped with an upper single bed, a nice equipped seaview veranda. In the back you have the garden equipped with external shower and barbecue. The house is 42 square meters + terrace + garden, it is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning sistem, TV color and all you will need in your fantastic holiday.
I take a very good care of it and it's cleaning, matresses are changed every few years and pillow every one or two years. I provide cleaning personell but, usually, not sheets and linen unless you are unable to take your own.. in this case I will provide you mines charging the only cleaning cost.
Pubblic transport from Cagliari airport available even if I suggest to rent a car in order to deeply injoy this piece of paradise.

This villa is part of a holiday resort but is private, just if you'd like you can buy a personal card to access a lot of services like swimming pool, tennis court, mini golf, entertainment, gym, spa, etc. ). A few restaurant and some pubs are available to injoy the famous italian "dieta mediterranea". The semi-moon shaped goes softly down into the sea ( perfect for children ). At only few kilometers some the most amazing sardinian beaches like "Quirra", "Cala Sinzias", "Colostrai", "Timiama".
