The apartment is approximately 500sq feet, self-contained & exceptionally well constructed. Attached to a larger villa set in its own grounds surrounded with pleasant gardens and private secure parking. Modern, very pleasantly decorated and fitted to a High Standard, containing all you'll need for a week or longer stay. Apartment can be rented individually or combined with two others on the ground floor for larger parties. There's ample parking space within the grounds. The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and also has a veranda/sitting area with pleasant views. There are patio areas and outdoor dining area with a luxuriously large covered dining table and BBQ within the gardens - great for summer evening meals. There are large pine trees, fruit & other trees, attractive flowers, lit-up feature fountain & sitting/sunbathing areas within the gardens providing an ambience of a private little beauty spot within the village on this paradise island. 3 minute drive to the sea. 
 
Situated on the first floor, access is by outdoor tiled stairway to porch/sitting area which has both a washing machine and separate sink for hand washing. Glass doors leads into the lounge/kitchen, which has fully fitted kitchenette, gas hob and electric oven, double sink and cupboards, fridge/freezer. Extendable table and chairs, suite and TV with satellite receiver that provides some English programmes. Double bedroom with twin beds or double bed, side cupboards and three door wardrobe with internal drawers. Single bedroom with single bed, side shelf, three-door wardrobe with internal drawers. Shower room with vanity unit, toilet, bidet and shower. Air-conditioned. Panoramic views. (Cot can be provided if requested at time of booking) 
 
The Villa is situated on the edge of Villa San Pietro a village approximately 30km south west of the capital Cagliari, and is about 2km from the nearest beach close to a picturesque Marina, where live music and dancing most evenings throughout the summer can be enjoyed. Villa San Pietro provides open-air cinema and other entertainments in the central square, in the months of July and August and a week of celebrations to San Pietro the patron saint of the village occurs in the last week of July. Pula town, with many more shops, restaurants, cafe's and entertainment in the large Piazza through the Summer, is 3km away. Next to Pula is Nora where you'll find the site of the Roman ruins. Directions: From Cagliari, follow the SS195 towards Pula, passing the turns for Capoterra and Sarroch. When reaching Villa San Pietro, at the first traffic lights turn left and after 50 metres left again into Via Eleonora d’Arborea. Villa Primavera is on the right after a further 300 metres.
