The little villa is ca 60 sqm and is located in Porto Ottiolu, just 33 Km south from the international airport of Olbia. 
 
In front of the house there is a free parking. The location is quiet, at the foot of the hill, and only 500 mt from the beach and the marina & piazzetta, where you can find shops, restaurants, piano bar, american bar & supermarket.  
 
The house has two floors. 1st Floor: Double bedroom , 1 bedroom with two single beds (not bulk), bathroom with shower. Ground Floor: living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette and a small bathroom with WC, Sink & washing machine. The house is fully furnished. Outside, gsarden/veranda on three sides with table, shower & BBQ.
