Following a deep renovation, these two historical houses have been turned into prestigious and refined self-catering summer holiday rentals. You will appreciate the high quality of the rustic style interior and furnishing while you enjoy all the comforts of a modern villa. The two houses can also be rented together, for large families or groups, as they are connected between the 2nd and 3rd floor. In this case the one complete unit sleeps up to 12 persons.

The house is located in the historical centre of Bosa on the first street under the castle. Parking is available just under the castle, just a short walk from the entrance. Via Ultima Costa offers a spacious double AC bedroom, large single(s) AC bedroom, bathroom with spacious shower cubicle and an open plan kitchen/barbecue/terrace overlooking Bosa to the South and the sea to the West.

Bosa is located in the North West Sardinia on the coast and is one of the ancient Sardinian Sea capitals. In this romantic sea side resort you’ll find something for everyone. Have a walk along Temo on the palm lined river frontage that runs through the heart of the city out to the sea. Do some sight-seeing in the medieval historic centre that unfolds below the 12th Century Castello Malaspina. Enjoy the beach in the Marina offering large sandy beaches and crystal clear water and is excellent for watersports. Through-out the city you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, cafés and bars and if it’s night life you’re after, Bosa Marina has plenty of bars and nightclubs open until the early hours of the morning during the summer! To the north you’ll find Alghero, and all along the coast line, unspoilt, spectacular beaches and crystal clear waters. If you want to go inland, take the little green train to Macomer, winding through the beautiful countryside full with olive groves and vineyards.
