This stunning building contains 4 apartments, which we have named:- Il Mare, La Sabbia, La Campagna and Il Tramonto. Located in a large, impressive old style Villa, renovated and furnished to a high standard in 2006 these spacious apartments have 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, a larger than average bathroom with large shower cubicle and a lounge/diner/kitchen being equipped with gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. The apartments also have a washing machine, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Steps lead up to the main entrance door into a large hallway. The villa is divided into only 4 apartments, 2 to the ground floor and 2 to the first floor. Stairs lead up to the vast roof top terrace, beautifully tiled with outdoor furniture and lights, taking in views to the beach and sea. The house is surrounded by wall and gates with a small garden area to the front, a BBQ area to the side and also has private, off street parking. Set just one street back from the promenade.
The building is one of the oldest at Bosa Marina and occupies a position just back from the beachfront road. It is only 100 mtrs to the beach but being set just back is also quiet and tranquil. We have tried to keep as much of the original detail as possible as we have restructured the building.
We have also agreed with a local hotel owner that our clients can use the pool and facilities at the hotel for a special rate, from €10 per day, please ask for details

Travel Options
- Travel Info: There are three main airports in Sardinia Alghero, Olbia and Cagliari. These are served by both low cost and national carriers. Bosa is around a one hour drive from Alghero, two and a quarter from Olbia and two and a half from Cagliari.There are overnight ferries from both Genova and Marseille to Porto Torres and ferries from Civitavechia to Olbia.
