Between 60 and 30 days before the stay, clients are entitled to pay a fine of 80% of the advanced deposit; The penalty for cancellations the day before arrival is 100% of advanced deposit . However, clients are entitled to reimburse the fine with their travel insurance, which we suggest, or any other.
