The completely restored apartment with air conditioning and heating is situated in a quiet street in a great position in the historical center where cars are not allowed. On two levels: a double bedroom upstairs, a confortable double sofa bed downstairs.There are an equip kitchen,a bathroom with shower,a living room with Tv and dvd player Everything is at hands:beaches, tourist office,supermarket,transports, airport,gardens,port alley. All around the ancient walls, towers and churches.The ancient town is characterized by typical restaurants and nice shops.The beach is 1o min walking but there is a bus service nearby leading to other sandy beaches where many sports can be done:swimming, surfing,scuba diving,snorkling,kite surfing etc.
There are beautiful gardens and a port alley 3 minut walking.It is possible to visit Asinara island with its beautiful caraibian beaches forbidden to any boats.

Rates

Low Season Price : €400
High Season Price : €600 per Week


on arrival, guests are kindly requested a deposit of 200 euros (in case of damage, loss, improper use of air
conditioning, washing machine etc)which will be given back at their departure if the house is left in the same
conditions as it was found.
Payment will be done on arrival to Mrs Assunta who will wait for the guests at the apartment, will give the keys
and collect them at departure of the guests.The payment will be done in euros
