Casa Las Palmas is situated in a residential zone, it is in a two levels.
The first level ( third floor) has a kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with a sofa bed, a big terrace with a comfortable table where you can consume meals.
The second level ( second floor)has a bedroom with two single beds that you can combine to have a matrimonial bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a store-room and bathroom.
There is a possibility to isolate the living room on the second level where there is a sofa bed to create a sort of bedroom.
All levels have a terraces where you can see the sea.
The structure is very near to the beach with a rocks but they are very comfortable for sunbathing because they are flats.
If you want to arrive to the old town, you can take a bus or if you prefer, can walk along the "Lungomare Valencia" that has in his left the beautiful sea and in a 15 minutes you can admire the suggestive city.
To arrive to the beach with sand there is a bus stop very near to the apartment.
We accept only dogs and on require we can take you another single bed.

- Any other method of payment is absolutely rejected.
