Both apartments are split into two floors. They are very spacious, brightly and newly decorated. They are fully equipped and any extra requirement can be put forward to the administrator. It's a family run business so we look after our guests as if they are part of the family. They are suitable for family with children and especially for Golf players.

the apartments are located in the boarders of a 36 tee Golf course. The Golf course is international known and one of the best in Italy. The area is famous for its wines and the first Wine university. There are many tipical restaurants and many activities for families with children.

Each apartment is 120sqm, bright, well decorated and fully equipped. They are set on two floors with a very spacious lay out. The Golf course is two minutes walk from the apartments and special green fees prices are arranged for guests. We provide full cleaning service prior, during and after staying. Linen and towels are free and supplied on demand. It's a very peaceful and green environment. The area is reserved to Golf members only and guests.

Rates

Low Season Price : £600
High Season Price : £600 per Week

The cost of the apartment per week does not vary throught the season. Refreshments and fruits are provided on arrival. Groceries shopping is available on request and payable on arrival. Linen and towels are included and extra can be supplied on request. Deposit is required to secure booking, 20% of total cost to be sent by cheque or postal order. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation shorter than the period booked (one, two weeks, etcs) and in case of damage to the property during the staying. Payment is required on arrival in EURO or Sterling cash or cheques.
