A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £500 is required 6 weeks before arrival, refundable within 2 weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee is due at the time of booking (non refundable).
Balance of rental fee is due week before arrival.
Check in from 5pm on day of arrival; check out by 10 am on day of departure.
Utilities are only included for the months of July, August and September.
Cleaning is included, but guests are asked to leave the property tidy.

We had wonderful excursions locally (ones recommended such as Montabone and other tours) and further afield to the Alp Maritime valleys around Cuneo - the scenery was truly stunning! We actually enjoyed pottering around La Cavallina and locally- absolutely loved Acqui Terme, what an interesting town. Lots of walks from the door and into Terzo. We were bowled over by two things: the food/service - even in small pizzerias - just amazing - wow! " - January 2011

The undiscovered part of Italy.....
All our guests just love the location - they rave about the exquisite food and wine and the peace and tranquility of the area.
We bought the property when I was working in Milan. It was a perfect place to escape to every weekend, whatever the season. We were just amazed by the scenery and at the quality of life in the area. The people were incredibly helpful and friendly and the quality of the food and wines on offer was beyond our wildest expectation.
And yet despite the accessibility of the area (from Milan, Turin, Genoa and Nice)it is still quite un-commercialised and appears to be "off the tourist map".
