Vacation Rental Description
Nice accommodation near the sea and not far from the city centre. It is inside a fenced property and has easy access to the beach. Accommodation comes with air conditioning, reserved parking place, sandy fenced place where children can safely play, solarium and outdoor showers (one inside a cabin and one outside) with warm water coming from a solar plant, a gazebo with tables, chairs, electrical power plug and barbecue (for playing with friends, listening to music, outdoor lunches/dinners). The place is provided of outdoor wash-tub and washing machines, guests can ask for free sun umbrella and deckchair. The area is covered by WIFI signal for Internet connection.
Sea distance: very close to the sea.
Price includes all stated above, water, gas consumption and 25 Kw/h per week electrical power consumption (exceeding consumption must be paid separately). Must be paid separately washing machine use (2.60 E), sheets and towels (if requested, 5.0 E/week) too. Price will be reduced for staying longer than a week.
