Large and confortable flat, very brigth in a 1920 building facing a nice square lined with trees. Ideal location to visit both Milan and Monza, Lecco, Pavia, Bergamo, Cremona, Mantova, reachable by train from Lambrate railway station just 100m from the apartment. Ideal location also to spend a period at Politecnico or Università Statale that are at a walking distance of maximum 15 minutes . The apartment is outside ecopass area but very handy to the town center (about 20 minutes)through the metro green line which stops at Lambrate station. Ideal for one or two couples or for a family of 6/7 people. The flat is completely furnished and equipped. Reduction for long rentals (one or few months). Bed sheets and towels included. On request a bed and toys for babies can be provided.

In the large living room there are one couch that converts into a double bed and the other couch converts into 3 single beds. Another folding bed is also available. The table in the dining space fseats up to 6 persons plus a baby chair, if required. Towels, linen and bed linen are included in the rental rate. Check in is usually between 11.00 and 17.00 unless different agreement are taken. The flat is not equipped with internet connection but on request we can provide an internet USB key. For this service we ask a deposit of 50€ that is returned when the key is returned to us. There is not a private parking place but less then 50m from the apartment there is a private garage where it is possible to park the car. Rates are between 10€/night and 25€/nigth depending on the car size.

ACCESS
By airplan. From Linate Airport take the STARFLY bus that stops in front of Lambrate railway station (about 20 minutes).From Orio al Serio Airport take the AUTOSTRADALE bus up to Cascina Gobba stop and then the metro heading Abbiategrasso and get off at Lambrate stop (about 1 hour). Some bus stop also at Lambrate (ask the driver).
From Malpensa take the train MALPENSA EXPRESS up to Milano Cadorna than the metro (green line) heading to Gobba and get off at Lambrate (about 1 hour).

By train. From Milan Central Station or Milan Garibaldi Station or Cadorna Station take the metro (green line) heading Gobba and get off at Lambrate.

By car. Take the Tangenziale Est of Milan up to the exit Lambrate and follow the direction town center. Go straight up to a underpass. About 50m after the underpass you are in Piazza Gobetti.

Rent is 70€/night per person and 15€/night for each more person. This amount includes: 1. Bedlinen, towels and kitchen clothes; 2. Utilities (gas, heating, electribity; 3. Initial and final cleaning. There are not other hidden costs. Reduced rental rates for long term rentals (one to few months). A reservation deposit of 1/3 of the agreed rent is required. This must be paid through a bank transfer or via credit card through paypal at booking. Payment of the balance is required in cash at the arrival. A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except 50€ for bank fees .

"Proche d''un station de métro et d''une place et à une dizaine de minute en métro du Duomo, cet appartement avec dressing vous permettra de découvrir Milan autrement. Très bonne literie cet appartement marque cruellement d''accessoires pour faire la cuisine pour une famille de 6 personnes ( Saladiers , Casseroles , Assiettes , Verres .....). Attention cependant au ménage qui ne nous a pas laissé satisfaction ( Poussière, Frigo ). Ne pas oublier de prendre dans votre nécessaire ( Produit Vaisselle, Papier Toilette, Eponge......) car il n''y avait rien à disposition. "

"Die Wohnung entsprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung, war voll ausgestattet und die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett. Meiner Meinung nach ist sie allerdings für 6-8 Personen zu etwas zu klein, hat für 5 Erwachsene jedoch völlig ausgereicht. Das Fahrzeug zu parken war etwas schwieriger (Sprinter), aber für einen PKW findet man in der Nähe immer etwas. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 4,5 Km vom Stadtzentrum entfern an einem belebten Platz mit mehreren Restaurants im Umfeld und dadurch, dass sie in der 3.Etage liegt ist es auch Lärmtechnisch auszuhalten. Alles in allem war ich mit dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden."

"Come visibile dalla valutazione effettuata l'alloggio è risultato ottimo, sia per pulizia, che per attrezzature. E' collocato in una posizione di facile accesso a tutti i mezzi pubblici, metrò,treno ecc. La proprietaria si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile. El piso es espacioso, dispone de una cocina, donde se puede comer, aunque las vistas desde el apartamento, no son bonitas, esta bien situado debido a su cercania a la estación de tren, metro y a que se encuentra cerca de la tangencial de milan, además en los alrrededores se puede aparcar facilmente. El unico problema es que no tiene ascensor, y esta algo alto.

"Ho affittato l'appartamento per la mia famiglia che ha voluto fare una settimana di vacanza a Milano. We have been living in this apartment for 4 months and it feels like home. It is bright, spacious and perfect for 4 people. The location is ideally located in Milan and has easy access to the Metro, trains and bus lines. The surrounding neigborhood is charming with wonderful shops & people. The apartment owners are lovely and highly accomodating. This is the perfect place to stay in Milan.

"This spacious one bedroom appartment was an excellent choice for convenience to trains, metro and shopping. The apartment was in a very nice area of Milan with the living space facing on a park. The furnishings were comfortable and modern and the host easy to work with. Very clean and bright. It is a large city so there was noise, but the bedroom was removed from the street and quiet. We whould highly recommend this apartment."
