    • There is a selection of local restaurants on the lakeside within 5 minutes walk of the apartment serving Italian cuisine. A boat ride across the lake will lead you to a selection of beautiful towns on the Western shore of Lake Maggoire with restaurants, shops, walks. 
     
    Close to the apartment are biking trails, boat tours of lake Maggoire, great natural playground for children. Beautiful lakeside walks, view of the mountains (snow topped in winter). Local ski resort is 30 mins drive - but a little basic. 1.5hrs to St Beranadino and the Swiss ski resort Adermat.  
     
    There are several golf courses within an hour of the apartment. Tennis, shopping, very large weekly market, are available in the town of Luino 10 minute drive from Maccagno.
