Welcome to Cervano Bed and Breakfast and Self Catering Apartments ... our house is located on Lake Garda in the county of Toscolano Maderno, in the Province of Brescia, Italy and not far from Salò. The property consists of two country houses in the middle of fields, with beautiful views of the whole lake and a golf course in the heart of the Alto Garda Bresciano Park. The land, now mostly meadow, attracts all manner of animals and birds who are left in peace.

Cervano is a Bed & Breakfast or, if you prefer, a quality farm holiday villa with its feet in the past and its head in the future. The owners' home, bought in 1818 from the ancestors of the present owners, was completely restructured in 1889 and was completely restructured in 2004 and became a quality Bed & Breakfast.

* Our recently extended and refurbished family home now offers wonderful bed and breakfast accommodation
* 3 self catering apartments up to 5 persons and a large (5 rooms) historical apartment in the heart of the Villa
* With all of the home comforts and modern facilities one could need
* The original style and atmosphere remain the same
* The suites are spacious and well furnished and almost all overlook the lake
* The suites are furnished , where possible, with original '800 furniture in the house's style, perhaps all the windows see the lake
* They are made up of a bedroom and a dining room, available also as a second bedroom, with a high design toilette and shower
* On the wall are our ancestors' paintings
* It is possible to use the kitchen on request
* All the apartments are connected to Internet with a broadband connection
* A solar powering system supplies all of the hot water

Activities/Attractions: Those traveling through Brescia will find opportunities to soak up relaxation in its spas, enjoy hiking, biking, golf, boating, shopping, exploring history, or just plain eating yourself silly in the many fine restaurants and pastry shops.

A wonderful town, largely overlooked by most tourists is Salo, which can be reached by car or a boat ride across Lake Garda. Salo is a charming town with many shops and eateries.

We have, very close by, the beautiful 18 hole Bogliaco Golf Course. Lying in a valley below the house we can arrange golf at a discounted rate for our guests.

Cecìna, a pretty stone village of 300 residents, is a short walk away. In August each year the Settimana d’Arte a Cecina is held and organised by the residents. This event has become a highlight for numerous tourists and artists worldwide.

* The estate is parallel to the golf course, but 600 yards higher and is hidden from the public roads
* Only the hardiest of trekkers and mountain cyclists make it up as far as Cervano
* The privacy of all of this means that the woods are overrun by wildlife and the existence of animals, like deer, roe buck and foxes and the brooks complete the perfect picture
* A long and winding road running between the shade of rows of Cypress trees allows for good walking in the summer heat

    • The villa has , in 2 close buildings, some historical apartments ( all 1800) up to 10 persons and some very modern up to 5; furthermore has 3 luxury suites in B & B. The owner is in the property. Mountain bikes, sun beds and other tools are offered free to our guests. A welcome pack is offered in the self catering apartments: tea, coffea, milk, butter , soft drinks and beers.
