The studio apartment (approx 32sq.m), fantastically cool for hot summer nights, is situated on the lower ground of a private residence with the use of a garden and outdoor eating area. Only a few metres away there is access to an enclosed communal area with swimming pool (June - September), tennis court, table tennis and volleyball net. A short walk away is the old village of Padenghe where you will find local shops and amenities including a children's play area.The town of Desenzano with its shops,restaurants,bars and nightlife is only a short driving distance away.

The accomodation comprise living room with double bed. Kitchenette equipped for breakfast and light meals, with a two ring electric hob, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, microwave. Small room with bunk beds,adjacent to the living room. Shower room. All prices include electricity, water and weekly change of bed and bath linen.
