Antico Pozzo is situated in a quiet position in the historical centre of Bellagio the "Pearl of Como lake".
The apartments are only a few steps from the pier and to the many shops, mini-markets, restaurants and cafè.

The Residence offers comfortable vacation apartments of different sizes, all of which have recently undergone careful and elegant renovations. All the apartments have been recently renovated and tastefully decorated to offer every possible comfort.

Each apartment can accommodate to 4 persons and it is a suitable accommodation for a couple with children.
Two apartments can be joyned : it would be ideal for 2 couples who want to spend their holiday together but prefer still have their own privacy.

Each flat consists of : night area with double bed, living/dining area with very comfortable sofa (transformable in 2 single beds), perfectly furnished kitchen (dishwasher, burner stoves, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishes and pottery), private bathroom with box shower, bidet, washbasin wc and hairdryer), TV SAT, self governing air conditioning/winter heating system, safe.

Antico Pozzo is the ideal destination for those who are seeking a peaceful stay with the advantages of every convenience only a few steps away. Thanks to its strategic position all of the town's most interesting sights can be easily reached on foot, such as famous villas, wonderful gardens, boutiques, craftsman shops, typical restaurants.
The lake, the romantic promenade, the pier are within 50 meters.
Bellagio is also served by an excellent ferry service that gives you easily access to the whole lake.

In high season apartments are weekly rental. Minimum stay 3 nights Rates vary on type of apartments, number of persons, season and lenght of stay. Credit card information is required in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged. Only in case of non arrival you should advise us, by fax or e-mail, at least, 30 days before arrival; otherwise we shall have to charge you the first night’s stay. You will pay total amount during your stay, either with credit card or in cash. Otherwise you can send us an advance deposit of Euro 70,00 by bank transfer or PAY PAL It will be refunded if your cancellation reaches us, by e-mail or fax, 30 days before arrival. You can settle your bill during your stay. Upon receipt of the form a voucher will be sent you by e-mail with all details necessary to reach us. The voucher will need to be printed and presented to the Residence upon check-in.
