The apartment is the semi-ground floor of our villa in a small village nestled on the mountainside just above Argegno. In a quiet residential area with fantastic views it is great for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. It is on the sunny side of the lower part of the Valle d'Intelvi in an ideal position for exploring Lake Como and the local mountains. The apartment was completed in July 2006 and is simply but tastefully decorated.  
The main bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a double bed settee. We also have a camp cot suitable for babies. 
We are your neighbours and are usually on hand with tips on how to make the most of your holiday. 
The apartment is recommended for two but request for additional occupancy will be evaluated at a minimal extra charge (maximum occupancy 4).

Peaceful spot ideal for relaxing away from the tourists but within 5 minute drive from Argegno with its plentiful choice of bars and restaurants and boat/hydrofoil stop. Dizzasco village has one bar and one restaurant within walking distance. Amazing views from lounge, bedroom, garden and balcony. Small patio with table and chairs for dining outside. Garden is equipped with solare shows and sun loungers. Situated in an ideal position for several lovely walks. Ideal position for exploring the lake and local mountains without being in a busy tourist location. Local Lanzo golf course 15 minutes drive away. Plenty of information on places to visit in the apartment. 4hrs drive from Venice 3hrs drive from San Moritz (bus service from Menaggio) 30 minute from Switzerland. 1 hour from Milan 20 minutes from Como. 1hr30min from Bergamo. Ski resorts within 1hr30mins drive.

				Low Season Price:	£290 per Week
				High Season Price:	£425 per Week

Payments by bank transfer to UK account or by paypall. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment no later than 6 weeks. Fully refundable damage deposit of Euro250 or GBP180 required in cash on arrival as well as final cleaning charge of Euro50. Any cancellation of a booking by the client must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation charges. • More than 45 Days before arrival date – 25% deposit is lost. • 45-21 days before arrival date: 50% of the total amount. • 21 to 7 days before arrival date: 75% of the total amount. • less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount. Subject to owner’s approval, cancellations made due to extenuating circumstances may be accepted at a lower cancellation charge
