Double sofa bed in lounge.
Bathrooms: Main bathroom with ample shower cubicle, wc, bidet.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen including: oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Living Rooms: Modern open plan kitchen, dining, living area with corner seating which doubles as a double sofabed, dining table and chairs, combination TV and DVD.
Other: Outside terrace area with stunning views of the lake and mountains. Perfect for sipping a cappucino on a sunny Italian morning.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels included. Cleaned weekly before and after stay.

Notes on accommodation
In a very quiet secluded virtually traffic free location being at the end of a dead end (no through road).

Coast/Beach
The beach is less than 10 minutes walk and is safe and suitable for all ages.

Golf
Menaggio Golf Club is only 15 mins from the town and offers an 18 hole, 5442m par 70 course, which is open from March to November. Equipment hire available. Very well worth a visit.

Skiing
Beautiful ski resorts in the Alps, both in Italy and Switzerland, are reachable from one to two hours drive. St Moritz one of the worlds most exclusive ski resorts is 1 hour away by car.

Special interest holidays
This is a quiet location, ideal for those interested in painting, wine tasting, water sports, hiking, boating, windsurfing, hangliding, visiting stately homes and gardens, restaurants or shopping in the fashion centre of Milan (1 and half hours by car).

Travel
Milan Malpensa Airport 90km, Milan Linate Airport 100km, Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport one and a half hour drive, Lugano Agno Airport 45 minutes drive. Ferry and boat pier in Musso. Bus stop 3 mins walk from the house. A car is recommended, but not essential. There is ample public parking with plenty of free spaces 20m from the property.

Within 10 mins walk of Musso centre which has a number of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, shops, bank and Lake side promenade

Further details
If you want to be with local people and experience the real Italy and maybe even talk the language, then this is the place. The neigbouring properties are all occupied by the friendliest local people.
